This exchange policy applies to all furniture and related accessories sold to U.S. customers on the Primepulsetrade website.

2. Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, with no reason required.

3. Exchange Conditions

Products returned must be brand new and unused.All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are required to be sent back with the item.

4. Exchange Request Process

Customers must submit an exchange request to Primepulsetrade via email and provide their order number.

5. Exchange Confirmation

Primepulsetrade will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Primepulsetrade. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Upon receiving the exchanged product,Primepulsetrade will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions (new and unused, complete packaging and accessories).

9. Exchange Processing

Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.

10. Products Not Meeting Conditions

If a product does not meet the exchange conditions, Primepulsetrade will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange for the product to be returned or reject the exchange.
